Become A Volunteer

Volunteering

The Morgan Duke Conservation Society has a dedicated network of volunteers working across the Adirondack Forest Preserve, the Catskills, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Our volunteers are engaged in activities such as monitoring trails and beaches to prevent garbage accumulation, planting trees in areas impacted by deforestation, and restoring vegetation.

Many of our volunteers join the organization to give back to their communities, protect the environment, and support wildlife conservation. Volunteering with us is a rewarding experience, and no prior skills or experience are required. Recently, we have also seen increased interest from businesses and companies whose employees want to volunteer with us.
